Due to continuous product developments, replacements and improvements we cannot be held responsible for any changes displayed on this website.

Measurements will only be accepted in metric.

It is the sole responsibility of you as the customer to ensure that all the correct details are submitted or given to the Company’s representative.

The following products are non- refundable due to the nature of the product.

– ALL GRANFIX PRODUCTS

– ALL LITHOFIN PRODUCTS

– ALL EVERBUILD PRODUCTS

– ALL BAL PRODUCTS

– ANY OTHER SILICONE/ADHESIVES GROUTS AND PRODUCTS EFFECTIVE BY TEMPERATURE.

Bridport Glass & Tile Centre Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors cause by the postal system, electronic mail, any unforeseen circumstances or any failure or delay.

We respect your privacy and will not give any of your information to a third party.

Claims:

Damages/shortages must be notified by telephone and also in writing/email to Bridport Glass and Tile Centre Ltd within 3 working days and prior to fixing/fitting as once items have been installed, no refunds will be issued.

Returns:

Please contact us for a valid returns reference number. We will also require a copy of your invoice/delivery note along with your reasons for the return. We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt of your goods and without prior agreement.

Customer will be responsible of the cost of returning products.

Please note that any items that are cut to size are non-refundable. The reason for this is that items cut to a specific size cannot be re-sold.

Special Orders:

Items that are not a stock item may be subject to specific carriage charges and can have a wait time of up 12 weeks from the time of placing your order. Please contact us for specific details.
